2002-Geodesic Information Systems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors ppointed Mr Rahul Patwardhan as Independent Director liable to retire by rotation w e f August 16, 2002. Unanimous consent of the Board of Directors was accorded to establish a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in USA under the direct investment scheme of RBI.
