- Company name has been changed from Gulshan Chemfill Ltd to Genus Prime Infra Ltd.

- Gulshan Chemfill Ltd has appointed Mr. Rameshwar Pareek, Whole Time Director of the Company as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company w.e.f. October 30, 2009.
