The Company was incorporated on June 10, 1988 with the Registrar of Companies. Maharashtra, as a Private Ltd. Company under the name of Gagan Sales Pvt. Ltd. Later on, on February 01, 1995 the Company's name was changed first to Gagan Sales Ltd. when it was converted to a Public limited one by a special resolution dated December 12, 1994, under the Companies Act. 1956, and subsequently to Gagan Polycot India Ltd. on March 01, 1995.
