The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 16th March, 1989 with the main object, interalia, of setting up manufacturing facilities for fruits/vegetable pulp and concentrate and also dehydration of fruits and vegetables.
The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and a Fresh Certificate of incorporation was obtained on 17th January 1992 from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, Gwallior.
The young, energetic and experienced Shri Manoj Kumar Bansal sensed the vast opportunity this industry offers and righty decided to set up a food processing project near Nashik, jointly with others.
The Company is setting up a 100% EOU for the manufacture of the fruits pulp/concentrate and tomato paste with input capacity of 50 tonnes per day. The pulp/concentrate section has flexibility to process Mango, Tomato, Gauva and Pappaya whereas the Dehydration section can process Onion, Garlic, Cauli Flower, Peas, Carrots, and other vegetables. This flexibility in production shall enable the Company to process such fruits/vegetables which are easily available.
The Company does not have any subsidiary company.
