The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 4th March, 1994 with the Registrar of Companies, Madras and was converted into Public Limited Company by passing a Special Resolution on 28.11.1994 and it obtained certificate of change of name on 29.12.1994. The liberalisation of the Indian economy has opened large vistas for professionally managed companies in rendering financial services. Since the inception no major activity was undertaken. Keeping in line with the recent liberalisation of the Indian Economy and rapidly expanding financial market with emerging financial products, the Company decided to expand its financial activities. In November, 1994, the Board was reconstituted to include experienced professionals for providing direction and vision for the future plans of the Company.
2010
-Company has changed its name from Jaisal Securities Ltd. to Aurum Soft Systems Ltd.
2011 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2
-Aurum Soft Systems has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 1:2.
2014 -The registered office of the company shifed to Ground Floor, New no. 9, Venkateswara Nagar, 4th Street, Adyar,Chennai - 600020.
2018 -Company name has changed to Five Core Exim Ltd. from Aurum Soft Systems Ltd.
