2007

-Facor Alloys Ltd has nominated Mr. R Sampath as new nominee on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from July 26, 2007.Â

- Facor Alloys Ltd has informed that Mr. Gautam Khaitan and Mr. A S Kapre have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from October 27, 2007.Â

2008

- The Board of Directors have approved payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2008-09 on Equity Shares of Re 1/- each @ 15% (Rs 0.15 per equity share.).Â

2009Â

- The Company has entered into long term contracts for one year with Baosteel Resources Co. Ltd., China and Shandong Taishan Steel Group Co. Ltd., China for supply of 2000 M.T. & 1000 M.T. High Carbon Ferro Chrome per month respectively.Â

2011Â

- The Company has acquired controlling interest in BEC Power Pvt. Ltd. (BEC) by paying a total consideration of Rs. 15.99 crores.

2012Â

-Mr. Vibhu Bakhru has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company.Â

2013

- Mr. Anurag Saraf & Mr. Keshaorao Pardhey have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company.Â

2016

-Facor Alloys has restarted operation of two furnaces for production of High Carbon Ferro Chrome at the Company's plant.Â

2017Â

-Facor Alloys Limited has informed about switching on its remaining one furnace into production w.e.f. 27-11-2017

2018

-The company has been compliant of ISO 9000 series standards since 1994 and is currently certified as per ISO 9001:2015 standards with effect from 01/04/2018
