Exelon Infrastructure Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the State Maharashtra on 21st February, 1979 and became a deemed Public Limited Company on 18th July, 1989. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 5th December, 1992. The Company obtained certificate of change of name on conversion from deemed public limited company on 4th March, 1993 from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay. The Company had initially set up a 10 TPD Industrial Oil Hydrogeneration Plant which was later converted into a Batch Type Edible oil Refinery
in the year 1983. The capacity of the Refinery was expanded to 25 TPD in the year 1986 by addition of De-gumming Plant and other balancing equipment.

The Capacity of the Refinery was further expended to 50 TPD in the year 1992 by addition of a 25 TPD Semi-Continuous Refining stream consisting of a 25 TPD Continuous De-odorised, Neutraliser, Bleacher, Intermediate Tanks, Vacuum Equipment etc. Thus, the present installed capacity of the Refinery is 50 TPD consisting of 25 TPD Batch Refining Stream and a 25 TPD Semi-Continuous Refining Stream.


PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY

The Company at present has a 25 TPD Batch Refining Stream and a 25 TPD Semi-continuous Refining Stream. The total Refining capacity is 50 TPD or 15000 TPA. The Semi-Continuous process or refining results in better quality of Refined oil produced and reduction in the total cost of refining. The Company at present refines the Crude oils of Soyabean, Rapeseed, Ricebran and Sunflower and the Refined oils are sold under the brand names of "Takat", "Shakti", "Champion" and "Sundhara" in 15KG Tins
through various Wholesalers on in bulk in Tankers to the Vanaspati Manufacturers. The Company's brands are well established in the Chhattisgarh Region Of Madhya Pradesh, where the Company's Refinery is located and also in part of the adjacent states of Orissa and Andhra Pradesh.


2008

-Exelon Infrastructure Ltd has entered into a development agreement with I.K.Projects Pvt Ltd for the purpose developing Ready Made Apparel Garment Unit in Apparel Export Park Located near Hyderabad.

- Company name has been changed from MP Oils And Fats Ltd to Exelon Infrastructure Ltd.

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5
