Our Company was incorporated on December 15, 2020, under the name of ÂEventions Private LimitedÂ, as a private limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Thereafter, our Company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on February 17, 2026 and the name of our Company was changed from ÂEventions Private Limited to ÂEventions Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 26, 2026 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
