The company was originally incorporated as a One Person Company under the name “Ekennis Software Service (OPC) Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, on February 28, 2019. The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of the Company was changed to “Ekennis Software Service Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on November 05, 2021. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on January 04, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U72900KA2019PLC122003. Ms. Manisha Sharma is the initial subscriber to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. 2021

- Purchase of Machineries to start Digital Printing, 3D Printing, and Packaging solution segment of the company

- Setting up of Branch Offices at Bangalore and Jaipur for expansion of the Digital Printing business

- Conversion of the Company from One Person Company to Public Limited Company.
