The Company was incorporated on November 17, 1981 as a Private Limited Company. It became a Public Limited Company vide a Special Resolution passed on July 15 1993 and obtained a fresh certificate of Incorporation on August 5, 1993.
The Company is engaged in the manufacture of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certified HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene) Pipes of outer diameter ranging from 20mm to 110 mm Furthermore, the Company is also manufacturing HDPE sheets of thickness ranging from 1 mm to 3 mm with a maximum width of 1.2 metres.
Dutron Polymers Limited is a part of the Dutron Group of companies promoted by the late Shri H T Patel.
