DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 20th September, 1991, having its registered office at Pune. The Company was promoted by Mr D S Kulkarni, who is leading the DSK Group. The Group is reputed for quality construction.

Over the period TEN years the DSK Group has constructed about 1980 tenements comprising of approx. 6,00,000 sq. ft. worth Rs.2600 lacs.

The Group has completed 30 prestigious projects so far. The Company in its first year of business has declared a dividend @ 10% or-rata.

2005

-Delist from Pune Stock Exchange w.e.f. January 15, 2005.

2006

-Ds Kulkarni Developers Ltd. has informed that Mr. Amol Purandare has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Ds Kulkarni Developers Ltd.w.e.f. November 10,2006.

2008

- DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has informed that Mr. Kamal Taparia has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. January 02, 2008. His appointment will be confirmed in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
