Dollex Industries Limited was established more than a decade ago. In 2001 an initiative to set up a unit to produce Extra Neutral Alcohol, Ethanol and its By-products was taken. Dollex Industries Limited took concrete form under the Companies Act, 1956 vide registration no. 11- 80560 dated 24th August 1994 in the state of Maharashtra.

2006

-The Company has bagged the tender to lease the coveted Godavari Manar SSK Ltd., a Co-operative sugar manufacturing facility with a capacity of 2500 TCD located in Nanded, Maharashtra for a period of 6 years starting from sugar season 2006-2007.

-Dollex Industries Ltd has appointed Dr R P Venugopal as an Additional Executive Independent Director of the Company.

2007

-Dollex Industries Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Madhya Pradesh Government to establish an Integrated Agro-Energy Complex consisting of Ethanol, Power and Sugar with an estimated investment of Rs 105 crores.

2008

- The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs5/-.

2011
-Appointment of Mr. Radhakrishna Deshraju as a Director.

2012
- Mr. Mehmood Khan, was appointed as a Chief Finance Officer (CFO).

2013
-Dollex Industries Ltd has informed about changes in address Landmark Residency,St. John Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai : 400050.

2014
-Dollex Industries Ltd has appointed Mrs. Kavita Kashikar as a Compliance Officer.
