Divya Jyothi Extractions Limited which was incorporated as a private limited company on 8th May, 1992 in Madhya Pradesh was converted into a public limited company and obtained certficate of change of name on 16th Noveber, 1992.

The company has been promoted by Mr. Sanjay Baweja. The main object of the company is extraction of by solvent process from different oil seeds and cakes and manufacture of crude oil, refined oil, perfumed oil and all other types of oils. The company is setting up a project for restablishing Solvent Extraction Plant of 300 TPD capacity and Refinery of 50 TPD capacity.

The company has implemented 500 TPD Solvent Extraction Plant & has started its commercial production in the month of March 1995. The company has also started the financial service activities in a professional manner.
