Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation sanctioned by the HonÂble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad vide its order dated December 16, 2016, the name was changed to Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 27th March, 2017 issued by the aforesaid Registrar of Companies.

-Company name has changed to Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd. from Carbogen Amcis (India) Ltd.
