YEAR EVENTS
The Company was incorporated on 27th February1973, as a private limited company to take over as a going concern the business of manufacture of electronic instruments and equipments carried on by Shri K.R. Dalal under the name & style Digital Logic Corporation as the sole proprietor. This firm has developed strip chart recorders as per indigenous design.

Original shares of Rs.100 were subdivided subsequently. All shares taken up by promoters, directors, etc.

1974 - The Company entered into technical collaboration with Bauch &
Lomb Inc., USA for technical know-how for the manufacture of
strip chart recorders & XY plotters.

1975 - The Company was converted into a public company on 30th December.

1976 - Simultaneously with the public issue during May, the then
existing shareholders offered for sale at par 42,200 shares to
the public.

- In May, 37,000 No. of equity shares offered to the public.

1983 - Production of the existing series of instruments was temporarily
suspended.

- The Company entered into a collaboration agreement with
International Products & Techologies S.R.L., U.S.A. for a new
range of recording instruments.

1986 - The Company implemented a project for the manufacture of computer
peripherals under the licence from Houston Instruments, a
division of Amelete Inc., USA.

- 1,05,600 rights equity shares issued at par in prop. 4:5.

1987 - The company introduced time and attendance systems, manufactured
under the licence from Kronor Inc., U.S.A.

1992 - The Company entered into a collaboration with Eurotherm Chesseli
Ltd. U.K., for a new range of microprocessor based recording
instruments.
