Dhunseri Investments Ltd. is a Public Company incorporated as Dhunseri Marketing Limited in Kolkata on February 4, 1997 under the Companies Act, 1956. Our Company changed its name from Dhunseri Marketing Limited to DI Marketing Limited pursuant to a fresh certificate dated January 3, 2000 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently the name changed to Dhunseri Investments Limited pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 16, 2010.
