Dhanada Corporation Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited company on 14th July, 1986 in the state of Maharashtra under the name vedant Hotels Private Limited. Subsequently, vide special resolution passed in the Extra-ordinary General Meetings held on 19th January, 1990 it was converted into a public limited company. The Registrar of Companies,
Maharashtra, issued fresh certificate of incorporation on 12th February. 1990.

The Company was established for the purpose of putting up hotel projects and other tourism related objectives. The present hotel, being first of the projects, is located at Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

In the course of implementation of this project, the company made several changes in the project, providing for additional banquet hall, restaurant, conference rooms and also improvement in the quality of furniture and fixture/fittings for the rooms with the object of
maximising the F & B sales through banquet and conferences and to provide for installing balancing facilities to seek 5 star classification at a later date. Due to the aforesaid reasons, and general price rise the project was delayed and there were time and cost overruns Subsequently, Vedant decided to install balancing facilities to seek 5 star classification, set up a terrace garden restaurant, Install
a Capsule Lift and Equip the hotel to provide additional facilities with the object of attracting tourists and improving the profitability.

The hotel commenced operations by a soft launch on 26th March, 1994.

2007

-Vedant Hotels Ltd has entered into an Agreement with Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd for Management / operation of The Hotel Vedant at Aurangabad, Maharashtra, for a period of 10 years beginning from February 16, 2007.

-Vedant Hotels Ltd has delists equity shares from Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) with effect from June 06, 2007.

2009

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted "'Dhanada', 16/6, Erandwana Housing Society, Plot No. 8, Patwardhan Baug, Pune - 411004".


2011

-Company has changed its name from Vedant Hotels Ltd. to Dhanada Corporation Ltd.


2012

- Dhanada Securities Trading Private Limited is a subsidiary of the Company changed the name of the Company to Dhanada Education Private Ltd. and the main object of the Company to education and training.

2013
-Dhanada Clean Energy (India) Pvt. became a Subsidiary company.

2014
-Shri Mukund Achyut Kulkarni as Non - Executive Independent Director of the Company.
