1995 - The Company was Incorporated on 18th October, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. The company received its Certificate of Commencement of Business on 19th October. - Classic Global Impex Ltd, promoted by Sh. Nagesh Aggarwal and his associates was incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company proposes to act as an import & export house and to carry on the business in any way connected therewith.
1996 - During the year under review, the company came out with public issue of 22,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs.228 Lacs, issue of 10,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs 100 Lacs reserved for firm allotment to NRIs with repatriation benefits and issue of 1,70,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 17 lacs reserved for firm allotment to Onida Finance Ltd., lead managers to the issue.
2007 -Company name has been changed from Classic Global Impex Ltd to Devine Impex Ltd.
2010 -Company has changed its registered office from IInd Floor, Nego Complex, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana to SCF 103, Chamber No. 7, 1st Floor, Phase XI, Mohali.
