The Company was originally incorporated as “Deccan Health Care Limited” at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh as a public limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated June 14, 1996 bearing Registration Number 01 - 024351 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. The certificate of Commencement of Business was granted by Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on July 03, 1996. Subsequently, the company was converted into Private Limited company vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on June 12, 2009. Further, the Company was converted into Public Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 12, 2017 and name of company was changed to “Deccan Health Care Limited” pursuant to issuance of fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 31, 2017 by Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
