Terms, rights, preferences and restrictions attached to equity shares

The Company has one class of equity shares having a par value of Rs 2 per share. Each shareholder is eligible for one vote per share held in the event of liquidation of the Company, the holders of equity shares will be entitled to receive remaining assets of the Company* after distribution of all preferential amounts. The distribution will be m proportion to the equity shares held by the shareholders.

The Company declares and pays dividends in Indian Rupees. The Board of Director of the Company has recommended in Its meeting held on May 19, 2025, subject to shareholders* approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, distribution of final dividend of Rs 0.^0 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended 2026 Total expected amount of cash outflow is Rs lakhs
