The Company was incorporated as a public limited company on February 10, 2006 as Sri Kesava Mines & Minerals Limited with its Registered Office at Dalmiapuram - 621651, District Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu.

2010
-The name was subsequently changed to DCB Renewable Energy and Industries Limited and the Company received a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 19, 2010.

-The name was again changed to Dalmia Bharat Enterprises Limited, its present name and the Company has received a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 25, 2010 from the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu.

2011

-Dalmia launched Dalmia Tec mobile van.

-Dalmia Best House Contest Event in Chennai.
-Company has changed its name from Sri Kesava Mines & Minerals Ltd. to Dalmia Bharat Enterprises Ltd.

2012

-The Company has changed from Dalmia Bharat Enterprises Ltd to Dalmia Bharat Ltd vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation.

- Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, has approved acquisition of additional 26% fully diluted stake in Calcom Cement India Limited.

2013
-Mr. Asanka Rodrigo has been appointed as a Nominee Direcor on the Board of Directors of the Company.


2014
-Dalmia Cement Ariyalur plant receives FICCI Safety Award 2014.
-Cement grinding mega project starts in Bengal
-Working with government to resolve issues: JSW Steel.
-Dalmia Bharat Reinforces confidence in India through Brand Campaign.

2015
-Dalmia Bharat Ltd subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat Ltd. has commenced its new cement plant of 2.5 MnT at Belgaum, Karnataka

2016
-Dalmia Bharat Ltd has informed that with effect from August 23, 2016 the website address of the Company has been changed from www.dalmiabl.com to www.dalmiabharat.com.
-Dalmia Cement Becomes First Cement Company to commit to 100% Renewable Power

2017
-Dalmia Bharat has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.20/- (110%) per equity share for the Financial Year 2016-17.
