2013 -Dalal Street Investments has announced Rights in the Ratio of 2:1
-Dalal Street Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Rights entitlement will be in a ratio of 2 (Two) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each held on the record date i.e. June 11, 2013.
The rights issue will be for cash at par and the issue is for Non Promoters only. Further the Promoters and Promoters Group including persons acting in concert are foregoing their entitlement to Equity Shares whether present or future that may arise on account of Right Issue / Offer.
-With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Outcome of the Board Meeting held on February 25, 2013, relating to Rights Issue to non Promoters, Dalal Street Investments Ltd has now informed BSE that the total size of the Right Issue shall be 90,074 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 9,00,740/- instead of 90,014 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 9,00,140/-. All other terms and conditions are remaining same.
