1992 - Company was incorporated on 9th September 1992 and promoted by technocrats having wealth of expertise in the field of Information Technology. Main objective of the company is total IT Solutions with excellent quality to the corporate and home segments.

1993 - Company went for public issue.

1999 - Name of the company was changed to Crazy Infotech Ltd from Shadija Petro Chemicals Ltd on December 1999.

2006 - Company had increased its authorized share capital from Rs 3.50 crore divided into 35 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 10 crore divided into 1 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each by creation of 65 lakh further equity shares of Rs 10 each.

- Board of directors of the company on 16th May, 2006, had appointed Mr K N Anand as Chief Executive Officer of the company for a period of 3 years from 16th May, 2006.

2007 - Mr. N Arvind was appointed as new CMD of the company with immediate effect from December 04, 2007 onwards.

- Board had considered shifting registered office of the company.

-Members of the extraordinary general meeting on 6th February 2007 had approved to increase in authorized capital of the company from Rs 10 crore to Rs 12 crore.

2008 - Crazy Infotech Ltd. had fixed 4th April, 2008, as the record date for the purpose of split of equity shares of Rs 10 to Re 1 a share.

2010

- Crazy Infotech Ltd has appointed Mr. Rajendran Thangaveluudayar as a Director of the Company with effect from June 01, 2010 and the Board has agreed his appointment on its meeting held on June 01, 2010.

2012

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 29/81, Matri-Kripa, Christian Colony, Rajatalab, Raipur (C.G) - 492001 to 3/5, Alonkar Aadharsh, 7th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-600083.
