Corporate Merchant Bankers Limited (ÂCMBLÂ) was originally incorporated on August 26th, 1994 as a Private Limited Company with name Corporate Merchant Bankers Private Limited. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Certificate of incorporation dated December 26, 1994 issued by Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi & Haryana under the name Corporate Merchant Bankers Limited.

The main object of CMBL is to carry on the business of Merchant Banking and to act as agent of and or dealers, brokers in the securities and or foreign exchange securities/currency in the course of Merchant Banking Business.

CMBL is registered with Reserve Bank of India as a Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC) vide RBI Certificate of Registration number 14.00060 dated February 24, 1998 issued by Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi.

PRESENT BUSINESS ACTIVITY

Company is a Non Deposit taking Non-systemically Important Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC-ND-NSI) engaged primarily in the business of financial consultancy services and advancing loans. We have commenced a process of improving our internal systems including but not limited to Trading Strategies, Financial Discipline and better utilization of our fund based portfolio.
