Computerskill Ltd. was originally Incorporated as a Private Limited Company on July 7, 1987 and has subsequently converted into Public Limited Company with effect from February 1, 1995 having its Registered Office at 13-B, Laxmi Chambers, Navjeevan Road, Opp. High Court, Ahmedabad.

The promoters started the present unit around 1981-82 as a partnership firm in the name and style of M/s. Computerskillhaving its principal place of business at Ahmedabad. Subsequently, with the expansion of the business, they incorporated the Company in the year 1987 and the said
Company took over the running business of the erstwhile partnership firm which was thus succeeded to by the Company.

In order to take the advantage of the ready market available with the Company, the Company ventured into the areas ofmanufacturing activities by installing a Taiyo make 3 - station printing machine in the year 1990-91. Subsequently the Company also installed an imported MICR
printing machine during the year 1992-93 and later on went in for an expansion by installing one additional 4 - station printing machine.

Thus, the Company has continuously expanded its facilities and has widened its horizons by tapping new clients and increasing its presence as one of the reputed computer stationery manufacturers in the western part of the country. Over a period of time, the Company has created a strong marketing network having its sales offices located at
Ahmedabad and Bombay and marketing tie-up arrangement at Bangalore, Pune and Goa. The Company is also doing a wide variety of printing applications which include normal standard EZ read forms and a wide variety of printed forms like invoices, challans, dividend warrants, share application forms, Prospectus, MICR applications like
cheques, bank stationery, etc., sales promotional stationery, personal stationery like letter heads, etc. and similar other applications. It has an impressive list of clients which include prominent name from various industrial segments. Thus, banks include Hongkong Bank, Citibank, State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Bank of Tokyo
Ltd., Bank of Baroda, Banque National De Paris, etc. and other clients like HDFC, Alfa Laval, Hindustan Lever, Asian Paints. Hindustan Ciba - Geigy, Cipla, Grasim Industries, Torrent, Mukund, Rallis India, Hoechst India, ICICI and several other Corporate as well as non-Corporate bodies.

2000 - Computerskill Ltd. the Country's leading manufacturer of premier
quality computer continuous stationery and marketeers of computer
data media products is setting up a 100 per cent export oriented
unit to manufacture 3 million recordable compact discs (CD-Rs)
per annum.

2001 - The Board of Directors has issued 80,000 preference shares of Rs 100 each aggregating
Rs 80 lakh to the promoters of the company.
