The company's Japanese Collaborator, Aisin Seiki Co. Ltd., have extended the Technology Assistance Agreement. They have assured support to the company in improving its Technology Management Structure besides helping the Company in consolidating and widening the existing product mix. The company has concluded an understanding with Byelorussion Powder Metallurgy Association, Minsk, USSR under the recently concluded Indo-Soviet Science and Technology Co-operation Agreement. This collaboration, will open up new vistas for acquisition of high technology in areas of Powder Metallurgy covering Copper, Iron and Carbon friction discs for application towards Defence needs, heavy earth moving equipments and two wheel industries.
The company has also launched an in-house Technology Upgradation and Productivity Improvemment Programme.
New technologies adopted for widen the supply of clutch to DCM Toyota, based to Maruti Udyog.
2010
- Clutch Auto Ltd has appointed Sh. Satish Sekhri as an Additional Director (Non Executive Independent Director) of the Company effective from April 01, 2010.
2011 -Sh. Manish Rai appointed as Company Secretary.
2012 -Clutch Auto kick-starts commercial production at its expansion project in Rajasthan.
2013 -Mr. Suraj Mohan Khorana as additional director of the Company.
