YEAR EVENTS
2000 - The Surya Hotel, a unit of the Company will enter into an
alliance with Bass Hotels and Resorts, a leading International
chain of Hotels, by September. After the tie-up The Surya will
be renamed as Surya Crown Plaza.

2008

-Board recommends final dividend of 20%.

2010

- CHL Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Gagan Malhotra was appointed as a director of the Company on casual vacancy under section 262 of the Companies Act, 1956, in the Board Meeting held on January 25, 2010.

2011
-Mr. Lalit Bhasin has been appointed as Director of the Company .

2014
-CHL has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 2/-

2021
-The Company M/s. Choice International Limited has entered into Share Subscription Agreement with M/s. Fly Hi Financial Services Limited (Fly Hi) for acquisition of 2,23,600 Equity Shares consisting of 11% stake in the company.


2022
-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:4 at a premium of Rs. 41 per share.
