The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance to a special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 29, 2013.A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name was issued on April 22, 2013 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra and consequently the name of the Company was changed from ‘Chemtech Industrial Valves Private Limited to 'Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited' The Company’s Corporate Identification Number is U29299MH1997PLC105108.
