Chemcrux Enterprises Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was originally incorporated on April 15, 1996 under the name and style "Chemcrux Enterprises Limited", under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies,Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Haveli vide certificate of incorporation bearing registration number 4-29329 of 1996-97 at Vadodara, Gujarat. We took over the business of M/s. Chemcrux, a partnership firm in December, 1999, which was formed in the year 1981 with three partners.

The promoters Girish Shah and Sanjaybhai Marathe, have an experience of more than 30 years in chemical industry. The promoters ran business in the name of =Chemcrux‘ since 1981 by the promoters as a partnership concern at Gujarat. It has fully equipped chemical testing laboratory and treatment plant for effluent liquids and gases. The unit has also been honoured with safety awards. The Company vide a business purchase agreement, purchased the business of M/s. Chemcrux in the year 1999 as a going on concern. We also undertake customer specific processing activities and also manufacture products as per customer requirements.

The registered office is situated at T-7, National Plaza, R. C Dutt Road, Vadodara -390007, Gujarat, India and the manufacturing facility is situated at 4712-14, GIDC, Road South-10, Ankleshwar-393002, Gujarat, India.
