The Company was originally formed and registered as a Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956 (ÂCompanies ActÂ) in the name and style of ÂChavda Infra Private LimitedÂ, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated October 8, 2012 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Later on, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on May 12, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed to ÂChavda Infra LimitedÂ. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated May 26, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U45204GJ2012PLC072245.
