The Company was incorporated on 16/06/95 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 in the name of Chartered Carriers Limited with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Company has obtained Certificate for commencement of business on 28/06/95.
2008

- Chartered Logistics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2008, has appointed two directors are as under:

1. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Gandhi - Promoter Director

2. Mr. Sandeep Motilal Shah - Independent Director.

2007

-Company name has been changed from Chartered Carriers Ltd to Chartered Logistics Ltd.


2010

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1

-Chartered Logistics has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 1:1

2011

-Chartered Logistics has expanded its business and purchased 45 new Trucks having gross loading capacity of 40 metric tones per Truck

-Chartered Logistics has bagged a transportation order from Sterlite Industries (India) Ltd. worth Rs. 50 Crore

-Chartered Logistics has bagged a transportation order from JSW Ispat Steel Ltd. (Mumbai) worth Rs. 12 Crore

-Chartered Logistics has bagged a transportation order from Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd (KPTL) worth Rs. 9 Crore.
