Cubical Financial Services Ltd. was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956, on 11.05.1990 in the name and style of Cubical Construction Pvt. Ltd. The name of the company was changed to Cubical Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. on 14.09.1994 which was
subsequently converted to Cubical Financial Services Ltd. on 30.09.1994. Fresh Certificate of Incorporation, consequent upon change of name on conversion to Public Limited Company was granted by the Registrar of the
Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana on 30.09.1994. Since inception the company was engaged in the business of construction of residential flats & bunglows and the activities were centralised in the Union Territory of
Delhi. The company earned Profit After Tax of 0.16 Lacs, Rs.0.04 Lacs and Rs.0.26 Lacs in the years 1991-92, 1992-93 and 1994 respectively. In the year 1994, the management of the company decided to switch over to the business of financial services initially with investment in the primary and secondary market followed by other allied services in
the field of finance, leasing and merchant banking. The main reason behind the switch over was that the return on investment (ROI) in the construction business which was very low.

PRESENT BUSINESS

Presently the company is engaged n the business of investment in securities both in primary and secondary markets. Till 28.09 1994 the company has invested a sum of Rs.18.81 Lacs in primary market and Rs.54.21 Lacs in the secondary markets. Besides this the company has also extended a loan of Rs.5.00 Lacs to Corporate bodies.

2010

- Cubical Financial Services Ltd has inducted Mr. Ashish Bhala (C.A) as Director w.e.f. June 07, 2010.

2012

-Company has changed its name from Cubical Financial Services Ltd. to CFSL Ltd.

2013
-Mr. NSR Prasad Raju has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.

2014
-CFSL has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 2/-
