Having duly passed the necessary resolution in terms of section 21/31/44 of the companies act. 1956 on 22/04/2002 and the approval of the central government signifies in writing having been accorded thereto by the register of companies. Gujarat vide his letter dated 15/05/2002 in terms of Government of india. Ministry of law justice & company affairs development of company affaires notification no. GSK 50/(E) dated 24/06/1985 the name of the said company is this dav changed to BOSTON BIO SYSTEMS LIMITED.
