Our Company was originally incorporated on September 01, 2020 as “Black Opal Consultants Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 06, 2020, bearing Corporate Identification Number U70109DL2020PTC369011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting held on February 10, 2025 and a Shareholder’s resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on February 14, 2025 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Black Opal Consultants Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 07, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U70109DL2020PLC369011.

2020

- Commenced Real Estate Advisory Business with office set up in Delhi.

2022

- Established our Noida Office and expanded our employee base.

2023

- Entered into an Agreement through our subsidiary with Deep Mindz, our Technical collaborator for initial development of Justhomz, a tech platform.

2024

- Established associations with over 200 Brokers.

2025

- Made strategic investments in Aurika Developers LLP, involved in developing real estate project in Ayodhya.

- Conversion of our Company from private limited company to public limited company and subsequent change of name of our Company from “Black Opal Consultants Private Limited” to “Black Opal Consultants Limited”
