YEAR EVENTS
1992 - The company was incorporated at Bombay in Maharashtra on 27th November
as a Public Ltd. company. The certificate of commencement of business was
obtained on 24th February, 1993. The company has been incorporated with the
object of imparting Computer Education and has been presently imparting
Computer Education under the banner of BUREAU OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
STUDIES (BITS).

- BITS was originally promoted by Mr. Pradeep Khanna and was run as division of
M/s. Jukaso Silk Mills, a partnership concern of Mr. Pradeep Khanna.

1995 - The Company has introduced courses in Computer Hardware and the
response has been excellent.

1996-1998 - NO NEWS

1999 - The Company entering into strategic alliance partnership to pool the resources
with M/s.SRG Infotec (I) Ltd.

2000 - The Company resolved to convert 26,00,000 Opt. Conv. Preference
Shares of Rs. 100 each into 81,25,000 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10
each at a price of Rs. 32 per share.


2005

- Bits Ltd forms a Subsidiary with the name of "BITS eServe Ltd" with the authorized capital of fifty million rupees for the purpose of starting BPO operations in India.

2012

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 23, Great Western Building, 1st Floor, 130/132, Apolo Street, S.B.S Road, Fort, Mumbai-400023 to 4/18, lInd Floor, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi-110002

2014

-Registered office of the Company is shifted from 4/18, Asaf All Road, New DeIhi-110002 to 1111, 11th Floor, New Delhi House 27, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi - 110001.

2016

-Registered office of the Company shifted from 1111, 11th Floor, New Delhi House 27, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001 to 711, 7th Floor, New Delhi House 27, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001.
