The Company was promoted by Sri. V Venkateswara Rao, and Sri. V.V.Ramalingayya. The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company registered with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh vide Cerftificate of Incorporation dated 13th January,1992. Subsequently the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 20-7-1993 vide Special Resolution dated 27th April 1993. At present the Company is carrying on the business of manufacture of Fish Nets.
In order to achieve the economies of scale and for better administration and management the Company has taken over two group Companies viz., M/S Bhushan Fish Nets Private Limited and M/S Vinayaka Fish nets private limited through the process of amalgamation. Further the Company has also taken over a Partnership Firm belonging to the same group M/S United Fish Nets, all with effect from 1-12-1992. The Company has started its operations effectively from 1-12-1992 i.e., after the above amalgamation..

-Company name has changed from Aarv Infratel Ltd.to Bhudevi Infra Projects Ltd.
