The Company was incorporated on 1986. The object is to manufacture automobile seats. The Company was promoted by Rohit Relan & Associates jointly with Maruti Udyog Ltd & Suzuki Motor Co Ltd., Japan.

The Company entered into four year technical collaboration with Houwa Kogyo Co Ltd, Japan for technical assistance.

The Company undertook to set up a project for the manufacture of 1,50,000 seat p.a. land was acquired in Maruti Udyog Ltd complex in Gurgaon Haryana.

2007

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.

- The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs2/-.


2008

- The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs 0.50/- per share for the year.


2009

- The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs 0.50/- per share for the year.


2010

- The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend @ 30% i.e. Rs. 0.60/- per share for the year.


2011

- The Board of Directors have recommended dividend @ 40% i.e. Re. 0.80/- per share for the year.
