The Company was incorporated on 1986. The object is to manufacture automobile seats. The Company was promoted by Rohit Relan & Associates jointly with Maruti Udyog Ltd & Suzuki Motor Co Ltd., Japan.
The Company entered into four year technical collaboration with Houwa Kogyo Co Ltd, Japan for technical assistance.
The Company undertook to set up a project for the manufacture of 1,50,000 seat p.a. land was acquired in Maruti Udyog Ltd complex in Gurgaon Haryana.
