Bharat Rasayan (BRL) is an existing company incorporated on 15th day of May, 1989 as a Public Limited company and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 27th July 1989 from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana.

BRL is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of tehchnicla grade pesticides such as Fenevalrate Technical, 2,4-D Ethyl Ester Technical & Isoproturon Technical at Village Mokhra, Tehsil Meham, Distt. Rohtak, Haryana, a State declared backward area for which the company has already obtained registrations from SIA.

The company intends to expand the existing capacity of production of Fenvelarate Technical from 30 metric tonnes per annum and DDVP Technical (100 metric tonnes per annum) and also pesticidal formulations (250 kilo litre/metric tonne per annum).

2007

-Bharat Rasayan Ltd has informed vide its letter dated November 24, 2007 that Shri Pankaj Gupta son of Shri Pradeep Kumar Gupta has joined the Board of the Company as an Independent Director with immediate effect.


2008

-The Board of Directors have recommended dividend @ 10% on equity shares of the Company.


2009

- The Board of Directors have recommended dividend @ 10% on equity shares of the Company.


2010

- The Board of Directors have recommended dividend @ 18%, i.e. Rs. 1.80 per equity shares of the Company.


2011

- The Board of Directors has proposed dividend @ Rs. 1.20 per equity share.


2012

- The Board of Directors have recommended dividend @ Rs 1.20 per equity share of the Company.

2013
-Bharat Rasayan Ltd have appointed Shri M. P. Gupta as a "Compliance Officer".

2014
-Bharat Rasayan Ltd has appointed Mrs. Sujata Agarwal, as an Additional Director of the Company.
-Bharat Rasayan Ltd has decided to recommend a final dividend @ 10%, i.e. Rs. 1/- per share.

2015
-Bharat Rasayan Ltd has launched the company’s new website.
-Bharat Rasayan Ltd has organized a Pesticides Safety Training workshop for the workers.
