The company was incorporated in May 1959 as a private Limited Company and was converted into a Public Limited Company in 1963.
The company manufactures Sulphuric Acid, Single Superphosphate Fertilizers (both in powder and granulated form), Sodium Silco Fluoride and Dealers in SPIC UREA & DAP.
The Company is located at Kharivali village, Wada Taluka, Thane District, Maharashtra licensed to manufacture 33000 tonnes per annum Sulphuric Acid and 66000 tonnes per annum SSP Fertilisers, both powder and granulated.
The accounting year has been changed from 31st December to 31 March.
2012
-Company has changed its name from Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd. to Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd.
-Bharat Fertiliser Industries have recommended dividend of Rs. 1.50 per fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each
2013 -Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each
2014
-Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd recommend Final Dividend of 15% -Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Pradyumna Bapat w.e.f. March 31, 2014, Mr. Ramesh Vekaria w.e.f. March 31, 2014, Mr. Yogesh Rathod w.e.f. May 29, 2014 as an Independent Directors of the Company
