- Bhagyashree Leasing & Finance Ltd has appointed Mr. Manoj Shah as Additional Director who is independent Director of the Company w.e.f. April 29, 2010 in its Board Meeting held on April 29, 2010.
2011 -Bhagyashree Leasing & Finance Ltd have approved the Appointment of Mr. Rajas Jain and Mr. Ameya Jain as directors.
