-Bhagyanagar India Limited has informed that "Shri Narender Surana and Shri Devendra Surana, Managing Directors of the Company whose period of office is due to expire on 31.05.2007 and 06.06.2007 respectively, have been re-appointed as Managing Directors with effect from 18.01.2007 for a period of 5 years i.e., 17.01.2012 at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 18.01.2007".
