2007 - The company had appointed The Indian Hotels Company Ltd as registrar and share transfer of the company.


2008

- the Board of Directors of the Company, has recommended a dividend of 120% or Rs 12.00 per share on 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each. The dividend will amount to Rs 156.00 lacs.
