-BAG Films' pubic issue oversubscribes six times.The company issued 1,48,60,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each at a premium of Rs 8 per share

-B.A.G. Films Limited has informed that 'Haqeeqat ' was adjudged the Best Drama series of the year by the Jury at the Hero Honda ITA Awards 2003.

-UTI Mutual Fund has acquired 38,86,393 shares amounting to 6.47 per cent of the total share capital of BAG Films by subscribing to its initial public offer in September 2003

-BAG Films enters Cinema

2007

-Members of are hereby informed that the name of B.A.G. Films Limited shall be changed to B.A.G Films and Media Limited w.e.f. June 29, 2007.

2008

-BAG Films & Media Ltd has informed that Mr. Prem Behl is appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. July 30, 2008. Mr. Prem Behl will act as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company.

-Company has changed its name from BAG Films Ltd. to BAG Films & Media Ltd.

-Mr. Sudhir Shukla and Mr. Rohit Lal are appointed as an Additional Director of the Company
