Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 09, 2024. our Company has been converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to ÂAvana Electrosystems Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 17, 2024 has been issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is: U31400KA2010PLC054508.
