2006

-Asian Electronics secures MSEDCL Order worth 530 million

2007

- The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs5/-.

-Asian Electronic has formed a Joint Venture Company, viz., "Asian Retail Lighting Ltd" for lighting solutions for retail industry with Home Solution Retail India Ltd (HSRIL)

-The Company has formed another Joint Venture Company, viz., "Home Lighting India Ltd" for Home Lighting Solutions with Home Solution Retail Ltd (HSRIL).

2013

- The registered office of the Company has been shifted from D-11, Road No. 28, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane - 400 018 to 107, Sumer Kendra, 1st Floor, P. B. Marg, Behind Mahindra Towers, Mumbai - 400 018.
