.Ashnisha Industries Ltd. was incorporated on 27th July, 2009 with the primary objective of engaging into the business of manufacturing and trading of Steel and Steel Alloys. As per the Scheme of Arrangement, now the company will operate into Trading and Investment Business. The Company was originally  incorporated in the name of Ashnisha Alloys Pvt. Ltd. The Company was converted from Private Ltd to Public Ltd. on 14/03/2017 and consequently the name of The Company was changed from Ashnisha Alloys Pvt. Ltd. to Ashnisha Alloys Ltd. Thereafter the name of the Company was changed to 'Ashnisha Industries Ltd.' on 29.03.20217.

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 13:8 at a premium of Rs. 2 per share.
