Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 18, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to ÂArtedz Fabs Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion of Private Company to Public Limited Company dated February 19, 2018 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U17299MH2006PLC163645.
