The company has their solvent extraction unit in Mandla district, food processing unit in Narsingpur district and dairy unit in Dewas district of Madhyapradesh. The registered office is in Indore.

2001- Madhya Pradesh Glychem Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company has allotted 3598018 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up on preferential basis.

2006

-Company has changed its name from Madhya Pradesh Glychem Industries Ltd. to Anik Industries Ltd.

2009

-The Company has recommended a dividend of 6% on Equity share capital.

2010

-The Company has purchased 60% shareholdings of the following Companies:
1. Anik Ferro-Alloys Pvt. Ltd.
2. Anik Energy
Both of the above mentioned Companies are the subsidiaries of the Anik Industries Ltd.

- Anik Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Praveen Sethia as Additional cum Independent Director of the Company.

-The Board has recommended 6% dividend on Equity Shares of the Company.

-The Company has appointed Mr. Kamal Kumar Gupta as Additional cum Independent Directors of the Company.

2012

-The Company has appointed Mr. Vijay Rathi as Additional cum Independent Director of the Company.
