The Company was originally incorporated on 10th May 1988 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the state of Gujarat as Amrapali Synthetics Pvt. Ltd. The Company was converted in to Public Ltd. Company by passing a special resolution on 20th February 1992. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was Issued by the said Registrar on 4th March, 1992. The name of the company was changed from "Amrapali Synthetics Limited" to Amrapali Industries Limited on 8th April 1992.

Amrapali Industries Limited is a profit making Company having its Registered Office at 289, New Cloth Market, O/S. Raipur gate, Ahmedabad.

The company is an existing unit engaged in manufacturing texturised yarn at G.I.D.C. Vatva, Ahmedabad.
