Our company was incorporated as Private Limited Company under the name ÂAmeya Precision Engineers Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 06,2012 issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Pune. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on January 19, 2022 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to Ameya Precision Engineers Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Pune on January 25, 2022. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U29253PN2012PLC145613. Shirish Madhukar Pande, Nikhil Shirish Pande and Bipin Shirish Pande were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of our Company.
Our company has acquired business of M/s Ameya Engineering via Slump Sale Agreement dated April 01, 2013 entered into between M/s Ameya Engineering and Ameya Precision Engineers Private Limited.
